Taking Adipex Diet Pills – My Real Life Experiences

Many people all over the world are overweight or obese, and I used to be one of them. I kept seeing my weight increase, even though I was trying my best to eat right every day and exercise a few times a week. Eventually, I realized that there had to be something else that I could do to shed the pounds successfully.

The next step was to talk to my doctor about what I could do about my obesity. That is when he mentioned that I could take a prescription like Adipex diet pills to shed the weight with greater ease. He told me that this particular diet pill was a good place to start, but also assured me that there would be other options available to me if Adipex didn’t work out as planned. I decided to give these pills a try, so I took my prescription to my local pharmacy and had it filled.

How did Adipex work for me? I cover what happened below so that you can hopefully learn from my experience. If you are thinking about taking a prescription diet pill like Adipex, please read on.

It Worked, at First

Truth be told, when I started taking Adipex, I was really excited. I made sure to take it as directed, as my doctor did tell me that there was the risk of becoming addicted to these pills if I took more than I was told to take. And, I was also told that there was a risk of developing side effects from Adipex, which I definitely did not want to have to deal with at all.

Once I started taking Adipex, I noticed that my appetite was indeed suppressed. This made me really happy, as I always struggled with eating a low-calorie diet every day. With the help of the appetite suppression that came with the use of Adipex, I did find it a lot easier to eat less throughout the day. I snacked less, too. And, I was able to control my portions at every meal, so I would eat only my required amount of calories, rather than constantly going overboard as I’d done in the past.

Unfortunately, It Didn’t Last Long

The positive effects of Adipex were, unfortunately, short-lived for me.

Before long—after just a couple of weeks of using Adipex as directed—I started to experience side effects. Mainly, I had heart palpitations. I felt like my heart was going to beat right out of my chest. I also felt jittery, and I started to experience trouble getting the sleep that I needed.

Of course, when these symptoms started, I called my doctor to be sure that Adipex truly was to blame. He told me to stop taking Adipex right away. I did as I was told, and the side effects subsided once the prescription was completely out of my system. That was a relief!

What I Did Instead

I didn’t want to go back to the doctor to get another prescription diet pill like Adipex that would possibly cause unpleasant—and maybe even serious—side effects. So, I talked to my doctor about products that I could buy over the counter instead. I had come across information on FENFAST 375 online, so I brought this particular product up to him, and he agreed that it was worth a try. I’ve since used FENFAST 375, and it’s worked wonderfully.
